How do I know what size to buy?

We know it can be hard to determine proper sizing when online shopping, so on every product page we feature a sizing chart that will help you make sizing decisions.

Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. EST, the earliest it will ship is the next day. Please note that during the Holiday season and other periods of high volume, your order may take longer to process.

When will my order be delivered?

Once processed, orders are shipped depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Shipments deliver within 4-10 business days to most U.S. locations, but we have noticed they usually deliver faster than that.

Can you ship to an address that’s outside the US?

No, at this time we do not ship internationally.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

At Life and Whim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to return an item (except for original art) for any reason, we will gladly exchange, refund or give you credit for any item that is in unused and unwashed.

We offer free returns for 30 days. We ask that the items be unworn and unwashed. To process a return, email us at customerservice@lifeandwhim.com. We will email you a free prepaid return shipping label. Repackage the returned items along with the packing slip in either the original shipping bag or packaging of your choice (make sure there are no other labels on it), and apply the shipping label. When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know it has been processed.
